Morgan, Abel (2)

Morgan, Abel an early Baptist minister, was born at Welsh Tract, Delaware, April 18, 1713. He was baptized at twenty years of age, and began to preach soon after; became pastor at Middletown, N.J., in 1739, and continued there until his death, November 24, 1785.
