Davenport, Addington
Davenport, Addington a clergyman of the Church of England, graduated from Harvard College in 1719 and went to England for ordination. For a. while he was pastor of the Church in Scituate, Mass., he: became assistant rector of King's Chapel, Boston, April 15, 1737; and in May 1740, rector of Trinity Church in the same city.
