Benedetti, Zaccaria

Benedetti, Zaccaria an Italian poet and theologian, lived in the early half of the 16th century. He belonged to the Order of Carthusians., and wrote, Vita Sancti Brunonis, in verse (Paris, 1524): — Origo Ordinis Cartusiani (ibid. eod.). See Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.
