Balch, Hezekiah, Dd

Balch, Hezekiah, D.D., a Presbyterian minister, was born in Hartford County, Md., in 1741. He graduated at the College of New Jersey in 1762, and was licensed to preach by the Newcastle Presbytery in 1768. He died in April, 1810.
