Tillage
Tillage (prop. עִבִוֹדָה, abodah, 1Ch 27:26; Ne 10:37, work, i.e. "service" or "bondage," as elsewhere rendered; so occasionally עָבִד, to "till," "tilleth," "tiller," etc., lit. worker; but ניר, nir, Pr 13:23, means fallow ground, as elsewhere rendered). SEE AGRICULTURE.
