Snyder, George Niver
Snyder, George Niver, a minister of the Reformed Dutch Church, was born in Honesdale, Pa., March 27, 1844. He graduated at Hamilton College, N.Y., in 1868, and entered Union Theological Seminary, where he graduated in 1871. He was ordained, and became a stated supply of the Church at Elmsford, N.Y., and after remaining one year became pastor of the Church at White Plains, N.Y., where he died, Nov. 2, 1872. (W.P.S.)
