Rice, Edward, Dd
Rice, Edward, D.D., an English clergyman, was educated at Christ's Hospital, whence he was elected as an exhibitioner to Trinity College, Cambridge, in 1813. He was one of the classical masters of Christ's Hospital in 1820; vicar of Horley, Surrey, in 1827; headmaster of Christ's Hospital in 1836; and died in 1853.
