Randle, William

Randle, William a minister of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South, was born in September, 1807. He was converted when about thirty years of age, and was received on trial in the Tennessee Conference in 1841. He labored successfully until 1862, when he became supernumerary. In 1866 he resumed active work as presiding elder on Cross Plains (now Fountain Head) district, where he closed his life, May 2, 1869.
