Nobilio (or Nobilis), Flaminio
Nobilio (or Nobilis), Flaminio an Italian theologian, who died at Lucca in 1590, edited, .at the instance of pope Sixtus V, Vetus Testamentum juxta LXX (Rome, 1587): — and translated the Septuagint into Latin; Vetus Testamentum Secundum LXX Latine Redditunm (ibid. 1588). He also wrote Annotationes in Vetesis. Testamenti, LXX Intevpretes, which are found in the London Polyglot. See Winer, Handbuch der theol.
