Neigh (צָהֵל tsahal', prop. to be clear or bright; hence to emit a sharp sound, as of a shout, so often; spoken of the neighing of a horse [Jer 8:16; Jer 13:27; Jer 1; Jer 5; Jer 8] and the bellowing of a bull [Jer 1; Jer 11]; but in both cases as indicative of lustful desire).
