Nehum
Ne'hum (Heb. Nechum', נחוּם, if genuine, i.q. Nahum, i.e., consoled, but prob. by erroneous transcription for ,רחוּ , i.e., Rechum; Sept. Ι᾿ναούμ, but most MSS. have Ναούμ; Vulg. Nahum), one of the Israelites who returned from Babylon with Zerubbabel (Ne 7:7); called REHUM SEE REHUM (q.v.) in the parallel list (Ezr 2:2).
