Na'iim (Gr. Ναούμ, for the Heb. Nahum, q.v.), the son of Esli and father of Amos, in the maternal ancestry of Christ (Lu 3:25); apparently the same with JOHANAN SEE JOHANAN (q.v.), the son of Elioenai (1Ch 3:24). SEE GENEALOGY OF CHRIST.
