Mushi

Mu'shi (Heb. Mushi', מוּשַׁי, once [1Ch 6:19] מֻשַׁי, receding; Sept. ῾Ομουσεί, ὁ Μουσίμ, Ο᾿μουσί), the second of the two sons of Merari, son of Levi (Ex 6:19; Nu 3:20; 1Ch 6:19,47; 1Ch 23:21; 1Ch 24:26); he had three sons (1Ch 23:23; 1Ch 24:30), whose descendants were called in common MUSHITES (Nu 3:33; Nu 26:58).
