Munda cor meum
(cleanse my heart) is the technical form designating a prayer said in the high mass of Roman Catholics, after the reading of the epistle and its accompaniment. The position of the priest before the altar celebrating solemn mass is seen in the engraving below. The upper part represents Christ before Pilate.
