Mab'dai (Μαβδαϊv), one of "the sons of Maani" who divorced their Gentile wives after the captivity (1 Esdr. 9:34); evidently the BENAIAH SEE BENAIAH (q.v.) of the Hebrew list (Ezr 10:35).
