Laughter
Laughter (צחֹק, γέλως), an action usually expressing joy (Ge 21:6; Ps 126:2; Ec 3:4; Lu 6:21); sometimes mockery (Ge 18:13; Ec 2:2; Jas 4:9); and occasionally conscious security (Job 5:22). When used concerning God (as in Ps 2:4; Ps 59:8; Pr 1:26) it signifies that he despises or pays no regard to the person or subject. SEE ISAAC.
