Jedna (Ι᾿εδνά), a town mentioned by Eusebius and Jerome (Onomnast. 5.) as lying "in the desert, six miles from Eleutheropolis towards Hebron," precisely in which location stands the modern village Idhna (Robinson, Researches, 2, 404).
