Janssens, Hans Herman
Janssens, Hans Herman a Dutch theologian, was born in 1783, and died at Leyden in 1855, professor of exegesis and dogmatics. He published Hermeneutica Sacra (Liege, 1818, 2 volumes; Paris, 1851; Turin, 1858), a work which is held in high repute among Catholics, and has also been translated into French (Paris, 1827, 1833).
