I'shod (Heb. Jshhod', אַישׁהוֹד, man of splendor, i.e. in countenance or in fame; Sept. simply Σούδ, Vulg. translates vir decorus), a son of Hammoleketh, the sister of Machir of Gilead (1Ch 7:18). B.C. cir. 1658.
