Ingelram
Ingelram (called also by some Newbigging), a Scotch prelate, was rector of Peebles and archdeacon of the Church of Glasgow, and when in this office he was made chancellor by king David. He was elected and consecrated bishop of the see of Glasgow in 1164. He died February 2, 1174, leaving, Epistolae ad Diversos: — In Evangelia Dominicalia: — Rationes Regni Administrandi.
