Hurai

Hu'rai (Heb. Churay', חוּרִי, Chald. perhaps linen worker, otherwise noble; Sept. Οὐρί, Vulg. Hurai), a native of the valleys ("brooks") of Mount Gaash, one of David's heroes (1Ch 11:32); called less correctly in the parallel passage (2Sa 23:30) HIDDAI. B.C. 1046.
