Hosmann, Gustav Christoph
Hosmann, Gustav Christoph a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born May 16, 1695. He studied at Leipsic and Kiel, was deacon in 1721, and professor of theology at Kiel in 1730. In 1734 he was appointed first court-preacher, in 1749 general superintendent, and died July 10, 1766. He wrote, Disp.
