Hermann, Gottlob

Hermann, Gottlob a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born at Lohbaut, in Upper Lusatia, May 27, 1721. He studied at Leipsic, was in 17583 archdeacon at Bischofswerda, in 1759 pastor primarius at his native place, and died January 2, 1789. His publications are sermons and ascetical works.
