Helladius
Helladius bishop OF CAESAREA, in Cappadocia, succeeded his teacher, Basil the Great, in that see in 378. He attended two councils of Constantinople in 381 and 394. His life of St. Basil is cited by Damascenus, but the authenticity of that work is doubtful See Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.
