Hasse, Johann Gottfried
Hasse, Johann Gottfried a Protestant theologian of Germany, was born at Weimar in 1759. He studied at Jena, was in 1786 professor of Oriental languages at Konigsberg, in 1788 professor of theology, and died April 12, 1806.
