Handbreadth
Hand-breadth (Heb. טֵפִח, te'phach, or טֹפִח, to'phacch), the palm, used as a measure of four fingers, equal to about four inches (Ex 25:25; Ex 37:12; 1Ki 7:26; 2Ch 4:5; Eze 40:5,43; Jer 52:21). In Ps 39:5, the expression "Thou hast made my days palm- breadths," signifies very short.
