Halenius, Engelbertus

Halenius, Engelbertus a Swedish prelate, son of Lars, was born October 8, 1700, became bishop of Skara in 1753, held lively discussions with Swedenborg, and died February 14, 1767, leaving some sermons, and a translation of Maimonides. See Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.
