Gui De Saint-denis

Gui De Saint-Denis abbot there, and counsellor of kings Charles V and Charles VI, was a doctor of canon and civil law, and well versed in sacred and profane letters. He assisted, in 1380, at the coronation of Charles VI, and in 1389 at the crowning of Isabella of Bavaria. He died April 28, 1398. See Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.
