Grynaeus, Johann
Grynaeus, Johann, a Swiss Protestant theologian, was born at Leufelfingen (Basle) in 1705. He acquired great proficiency in theology and the Oriental languages, and was for seven years professor in the theological faculty of Basle. He died in that city April 11, 1744.
