Giftschiltz, Friedrich

Giftschiltz, Friedrich a Roman Catholic professor of theology, who was born in 1748, and died at Vienna, June 5, 1788, is the author of, Vorlesungen uber die Pastoraltheologie (Vienna, 1785; 5th ed. 1811). See Winer, Handbuch der theol. Lit. 2:34. (B.P.)
