Gab'des (Γαββῆς, Vulg. Gabea), a man whose descendants (or rather a place whose natives) returned from the captivity (1 Esdr. 5:20); evidently the GEBA SEE GEBA (q.v.) of the Heb. text (Ezr 2:26).
