Fenner, William
Fenner, William a minister of the Church of England, was born January 31, 1831, at Southwark. In 1854 he entered the college of the London Jews' Society, and in 1857 was appointed lay missionary among the Jews of the duchy of Posen. In 1860 Mr. Fenner was to reopen the mission in Tunis, and was ordained: by bishop Tomlinson of Gibraltar. He died at Tunis, July 22, 1874. (B.P.)
