Faust, Isaac

Faust, Isaac a Lutheran theologian, of Germany, was born at Strasburg, June 10, 1631, and died there, a doctor and professor of theology, November 20, 1702. He wrote dissertations in Latin on various passages of Scripture. See Jocher, Allgemeines Gelehrten-Lexikon, s.v. (B.P.)
