Faigaux, Francois Louis

Faigaux, Francois Louis a French Protestant theologian, was born at Yverdun, in Berne, in 1707o He studied at Basle, where he was also preacher for some time. In 1751 he was called as French preacher to Cassel, where he died, October 20 the same year, leaving, Religion du Ceaur (Rotterdam, 1736): — Sermons Diverses ( Hague, 1740): — Adversus Dilationem Conversionis (Marburg, 1743): — Les Paroles de la Vie Eternelle (Schwabach, 1743; Cassel, 1752): — Sur la Folie de l'Atheisme (Schwabach, 1749): — Le Petit Catechisme de Heidelberg (ibid. 1752).
