Eleazurus

Eleazu'rus (a strange rendering for Ε᾿λιάσεβος, Alex. MS. Ε᾿λιάσιβος, Vulg. Eliasib), one of the Levitical musicians who married a Gentile wife after the return from Babylon (1 Esdr. 9:24); evidently the ELIASHIB SEE ELIASHIB (q.v.) of the Hebrews text (Ezr 10:24).
