Eckhard, Albert
Eckhard, Albert a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born at Wetter, in Hesse, in 1577. He studied at Marburg, was in 1607 superintendent at Hildesheim, and died there, August 6, 1609, leaving, Disput. de Conciliis contra Rob. Bellarminum (Marburg, 1597): — De Descensu Christi ad Inferos (ibid.
