Daniel, Herbert

Daniel, Herbert an English Congregational minister, was born near Pontypool, March 30, 1801. He was converted at the age of eighteen; received his ministerial training at Pontypool and at Abergavenny; and: was ordained pastor at Maesycwmwr in 1832. In 1837 he formed a church in Pontypool, and in 1841 another in Cefnycrib. He died October 26, 1874. See (Lond.) Cong. Year-book, 1875, page 320.
