Daniel, Elizabeth

Daniel, Elizabeth a minister of the Society of Friends, was born at Salem, N.J., in 1709, and, early in life was called into both the Church and the ministry. She sometimes travelled in sections of Pennsylvania and Maryland and died October 30, 1760. See Piety Promoted, 4:416-418. (J.C.S.)
