Cummins, Frederick P.

a Protestant Episcopal clergyman, entered the ministry in 1871, doing service as a missionary, in connection with which he was rector of St. John's Church, Crawfordsville, Ind. The following year he was rector, not only of St. John's, but also of St. Philip's Church in Covington, which two parishes he served until his death, January 17, 1874. See Prot. Episc.
