Crouch, William

Crouch, William an English minister of the Society of Friends, was born at Penton, in Hampshire, April 5, 1628. In 1656 he joined the Friends in London, and by his preaching and pecuniary help did much to sustain their then feeble cause. He died November 13, 1710. See Friends' Library, 11:287-331. (J.C.S.)
