Coyle, John

Coyle, John a Scotch Congregational minister, was born at Montrose, July 26, 1842. He was converted in his eighteenth year; joined the Wesleyans at first, but soon after became a Congregationalist; received his ministerial education largely under private instructors; and was ordained at Forfar, April 26, 1866, where he labored with great ability, zeal, and devotedness until his death, July 1, 1868.
