Connell, David
Connell, David a Scotch clergyman, son of Matthew, took his degree at Glasgow University in 1727; was licensed to preach in 1736, became assistant to his father at Kilbride, and in January 1744, minister at Blantyre. He died June 15, 1790, aged eighty-three years. See Fasti Eccles. Scoticanae, 2:290, 291.
