Clermont (Tonnerre), Francois De (2), bishop and duke of Langres, nephew of the preceding; was made bishop in 1696, and charged with the funeral sermon of Philip of France, duke of Orleans and brother of Louis XIV. He died March 12; 1724. See Biog. Universelle, s.v.
