Charlett, Arthur, D.D., an English divine, was educated at Trinity College, Oxford, became proctor of the university in 1683, master of University College in 1692, and died Nov. 4,1722, He contributed a Letter on the Death of Anthony Wood, to the Philosophical Transactions.
