Carmichael, James (2), A.M.

a Scotch clergyman (son of the minister at Haddington), took his degree at the University of St. Andrews in 1606; was presented by the king to the vicarage of Athelstaneford and that of St. Martin in 1613; admitted in 1614; instituted in 1630; continued in January, 1664, being aged and infirm.
