Capalti, Francesco

Capalti, Francesco, an Italian composer, born at Fossombrone (in the Roman. States), lived in the latter part of the 18th century. He was chapel-master of the cathedral of Narni, and published, 11 Contrapuntista pratico, Ossiano Dimostrazionifatte Soprat l'Essperienza (Terni, 1788). See Hoefer, Nouv. Biog. Generale, s.v.
