Campi, Antonio
Campi, Antonio, an Italian painter and architect, the second son of Galeazzo, and scholar of Giulio, was born at Cremona before 1536, and lived till after 1591. His best oil-paintings are St. Paul Resuscitating Eutychus, and The Nativity, in San Paolo, at Milan. As an architect he erected several edifices which. are.. deserving of praise. See Hoefer, Nouv.
