Caccini, Giovanni
Caccini, Giovanni an Italian architect and sculptor, was born at Florence in 1562, and studied under Dosio. He erected, at the Church of La Nunziata, in Florence, a loggia with arches and Corinthian columns, sculptured out of Siena marble; he also designed a grand choir and altar for the Church of Santo Spirito.
