Burton, James Daniel
Burton, James Daniel an English Wesleyan minister, was born in Manchester, July 25, 1784, and commenced his itinerancy in Wakefield in 1805. He labored efficiently and zealously until 1814, when his health failed. He died at Liverpool after a tedious illness, which he bore with fortitude and resignation, March 29, 1817.
