Buhy, Felix
Buhy, Felix a French theologian of the order of Carmelites, was born at Lyons in 1634. He was the first who dared to 'sustain the ten articles of doctrine published in 1682 by the clergy of France upon the nature and extent of the ecclesiastical power. He died in 1687. His principal work is Abrige des
